Billy Crystal went to the Los Angeles home of his longtime friend and collaborator Rob Reiner soon after news broke of Reiner’s death. The visit came amid deep shock and grief from Hollywood and fans worldwide.

Shortly after reports emerged that Reiner and his wife, Michele Singer Reiner, had been found dead, Crystal arrived at their Brentwood residence. He came with fellow actor Larry David, another longtime friend of Reiner.
Neighbors saw Crystal leave the home visibly emotional. In fact, one neighbor said he looked like he was about to cry as he stepped away.Crystal and Reiner shared a friendship and creative partnership that spanned decades.
